Chronology of a grant application

There are certain formalities to be observed when applying for a subsidy. The stages and deadlines for applying for grants may vary depending on the type of aid, premium requested.

Submitting a subsidy request

Acknowledgement of receipt

It is important not to pay for anything, or sign any commitment with a service provider, until you have received the AR.

4 months max after step nr 2

Administrative decision

The administration confirms the % of its intervention, as well as the amount that will be paid into your account.

Closing the grant file

We forward the file and supporting documents (invoices, proof of payment, reports, etc.) for your subsidy application to the relevant authorities.

Receipt and return of the statement of claim

You sign the declaration of claim and confirm the bank account number to which the grant will be paid.

Payment of subsidy(ies)

You receive the amount of the grant(s) in your bank account

This step does not require an estimate of costs.

Sending the complete application

Transmission of file to administration (invoices, accounting data, supporting documents, etc.)

Decision and receipt of the statement of claim

the administration notifies you of its decision and the amount of the grant you will receive. You sign and return the statement of claim, confirming your bank account number.

Payment of the grant

You receive the amount of the grant in your bank account
