What does this mean in practice?
Our first meeting
You
Tell us about the business project(s) you’re planning.
We
We’ll identify your specific needs and expectations so that we can target the various subsidies and financial assistance available to you.
Analysis & Diagnosis
We
We analyze your file in detail. We can give you the amount of the possible grants to be obtained.
You
You don’t have to do anything. However, we may ask you for additional information about your project.
You opt to receive grant
You
You sign an agreement authorizing us to represent you in dealings with the authorities.
We
We’ll take care of your case. Subsidea collects and produces all the documents required to obtain premiums and grant. We file your applications and maintain regular contact with the Administration throughout the procedure.
Your subsidy request has been accepted
We
Please note that once your grant has been accepted by the Bruxelles Capitale administration, an official document will be sent to you with the exact amount of the premium, which will be paid into your bank account.
Only then do we ask you for our fee.
You
You will receive your subsidy within 4 to 6 weeks of the acceptance decision.
And if Subsidea doesn’t get a favorable decision?
- This is the "No Cure, No Pay" concept, Subsidea charges you absolutely nothing despite the administrative work involved.
- The fact that you have applied for a subsidy does not oblige you to implement your project.
